Betanal^® maxxPro^® – ein neues Herbizid zur Bekämpfung von einjährigen breitblättrigen Unkräutern in Zuckerrüben

Abstract

Betanal maxxPro ist ein neues Herbizid zur Bekämpfung von einjährigen breitblättrigen Unkräutern in Rüben. Das Produkt enthält die Wirkstoffe Desmedipham (47 g/l), Ethofumesat (75 g/l), Phenmedipham (60 g/l) und Lenacil (27 g/l) und ist als ölige Dispersion (OD) formuliert. Dabei wurde ein neues patentiertes Formulierungskonzept verwendet. Die zugelassene Aufwandmenge liegt bei 1,5 l/ha. Das Produkt darf maximal dreimal pro Vegetationsperiode eingesetzt werden und zwar im Keimblattstadium bis 2-Blattstadium der Unkräuter. In den Feldversuchen wurde ein breites Wirkungsspektrum beobachtet. Im Vergleich zum Standard wurden Verbesserungen in der Wirkung gegenüber Arten wie z. B. Aethusa cynapium, Matricaria chamomilla, Brassica-Arten, Mercurialis annua, Chenopodium-Arten, Polygonum-Arten erreicht. Die Selektivität liegt auf dem Niveau des derzeitigen Standards Betanal Expert.

Betanal^® maxxPro^® – a new herbicide to control annual broadleaf weeds in sugar beets

Betanal maxxPro is a new herbicide to control annual broadleaf weeds in beets. The product contains desmedipham (47 g/l), ethofumesate (75 g/l), phenmedipham (60 g/l) and lenacil (27 g/l). It is formulated as an OD. For the product a new patented formulation concept was used. The registered dose rate is 1.5 l/ha. The product can be applied three times between the cotyledonous stage and the two leaf stage of the weeds. A broad spectrum of efficacy was observed in the trials. In comparison to the present standard, the efficacy was improved against Aethusa cynapium, Matricaria chamomilla, Brassica species, Mercurialis annua, Chenopodium species, Polygonum species and others. The selectivity of the product is comparable to Betanal expert.
