Die Verwendung von Aluminium in der Weinwirtschaft

Es werden eine Reihe von Metallen und Legierungen auf ihre Brauchbarkeit in der Weinwirtschaft untersucht. Dabei zeigt Aluminium die größte Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Wein, Most und Trauben. Von allen untersuchten Aluminiumsorten sind walz blankes und eloxiertes Reinstaluminium Al 99, 99 R (Raffinal) zur Herstellung von Geräten und Gefäßen für die Weinwirtschaft am besten geeignet; sie haben sich auch in der Praxis gut bewährt.Die Beeinflussung des Weines durch Aluminium wird untersucht. Dabei kann gezeigt werden, daß bei unsachgemäßer Verwendung ungeeigneter-Aluminiumsorten Schädigungen der Weine auftreten können.
