The spread of invasive neophytes is increasingly threatening the productivity of agricultural areas. The aim of the project is to provide improved fundamentals for effective control of invasive neophytes on agricultural farmland. For this purpose, 9 invasive neophytes that are agriculturally relevant were selected, in order to develop methods and algorithms for the detection by remote sensing. At the same time, integrated agricultural methods for an effective control are elaborated and tested. The results are summarized in recommendations to control these species on farmland and grassland. In an interactive web portal, information about the species under investigation as well as the project results during the project time span (2016-2019) are brought together and made available to the potential users (for example consultants and farmers).
