Nachweis von Abscisinsäure in Weinreben

Aus verschiedenen Teilen von Weinreben ließ sich eine Substanz isolieren, die im biologischen Test (Kressewurzel-Test, Koleoptilen-Test) starke Wachstumshemmung verursacht. Aufgrund der Rf-Werte in verschiedenen Fließmitteln, des Verhaltens im UV-Bereich sowie des IR- und Massenspektrums konnte die Verbindung einwandfrei als Abscisinsäure identifiziert werden.Die dünnschichtchromatographisch getrennte Absc isinsäure wurde durch Ermittlung der Absorption im UV-Bereich quantitativ bestimmt. Dabei zeigten sich zwischen den einzelnen Pflanzenteilen deutlit:he Unterschiede im AbscisinsäureGehalt. Bei Ruten fanden wir beispielsweise bis zu 716 γ Abscisinsäure auf 100 g Trockengewicht; im Blutungssaft konnten wir zwischen 7 und 34 γ Abscisinsäure nachweisen.
