Submission to a special issue might be open for all or restricted to invited authors, depending on the responsible guest editor's decision. Details can be found at the description of the respective issue.
Submission to the regular issue is open for all and is always possible. Accepted articles will be published as soon as they are ready, so that the current regular issue is filled with content throughout the year continuously. Acceptable formats are:
