First report of <em>Tuta absoluta</em> (Meyrick, 1917) in Austria and first monitoring results

In August 2010 the occurence of the tomato leaf miner Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) was first detected in a pheromon trap in a tomato producing greenhouse in the federal district Burgenland. This is the first report for Austria. First monitoring results are discussed in the paper.
